Mono 2/3 : terraced apartment on the ground floor 34 square meters , a double bed and single bed , bathroom. Bungalow Bilo 2 : detached house with living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom . Apartments and Bungalows Trilo 4 60 sqm : entrance composed of living room with kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms and services. Apartment Trilo 5 63 sqm: terraced apartments or detached house with a double bedroom, single bedroom and bunk bed , living room with kitchen, bathroom and veranda.

Facilities: restaurant, bar with tobacco and newspaper stand, large unattended parking area, children’s playground , Wi – Fi , equipped swimming pool with jacuzzi and solarium , pool bar with a relaxation area . No animation is forseen.

Distanza dal mare : 450 m from the beaches of sand and rocks, both free and equipped, 1.5 km from the sandy beaches of Lakes Alimini with beaches agreement .

To pay in: compulsory deposit € 150,00. Weekly Forfait € 30,00 per person (includes water, light and gas). Final Cleaning ( kitchen must be cleaned by the guest) € 45,00 for mono and bilocale 2 ; € 65,00 for bilo 4 and trilo/bungalow. Compulsory Club Card (from 24/05 al 13/09) adults € 35,00 from 25/07 to 22/08 per person/week , children 3/15 yrs € 20,00 , in other periods € 23,00 per person per week adults, children 3/15 yrs € 10,00, infant 0/3 yrs free and includes: use of the swimming pool with jacuzzi, equipped solarium wit parasols and sun beds, free wi-fi in the village, unattended internal parking area. Tourist tax. Optional: bed linen € 20,00 per person on request at the reservation. Air conditioning on request at the reservation an upon availability € 75,00 per week per apartament.
