Description: It rises in front of the sea in Villanova, 6 km from Ostuni town, at 3,5 km from the railway station and at 30 km from Brindisi Airport. It consists of 14 Mediterranean-style pavilions, each of which have 8 studios or apartments with an an independent entrance and terrace. The complex has the apparthotel formula as well as the Residence formula. The use of kitchenette in apparhotel formula on request at the reservation.

Dining: Buffet breakfast, lunch / dinner with table service, drinks included (½ l water + ¼ l. wine).

Apartments: Mono 2-persons: living room with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with hot shower, reed covered terrace; Mono B 3 persons: living room with 3 beds, with kitchenette and bathroom with hot shower, covered veranda; Bilo C 4: living room with kitchenette and double bed, bedroom with skylight window and a bunk bed or 2 single beds, bathroom with hot shower, terrace covered with reed; Bilo D 4: living room with kitchenette and double bed, bedroom with window and a bunk bed, bathroom with hot shower, reed covered terrace. Possibility in some for the 5th bed on request.

Equipment and services: 2 bars, air conditioned restaurant, semi-Olympic pool, children’s pool, a bowling green, playground, TV room, table tennis, disco, shared coin laundry, beach service, recreation for adults and children.

Distance from sea: 20 m. from the coastline that alternates low rocks with sandy inlets, while the private equipped beach is at 500 mt, connected with a shuttle service at scheduled times (inclusive in the club card).

Pets: allowed.

Notes: The stays are usually weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Possibility of rooms with mini-kitchenette.

Reductions: Children from 3 to 9 years discount of 50% in 3rd and 4th, adults in 3 rd/ 4th bed 30% discount.

Rates include: VAT, HB or FB (only from 02/08 to 30/08), attendance dancing evenings, air conditioning, TV, safe, room with mini kitchenette (if booked).

To pay locally: club card from 15/06 to 07/09 (see formula residence). Tourist tax.

Special Offers: *Special Single + Child: 1 adult + 1 child (4-12 years) pay 1,5 rates.

Notes: The stays are usually from Sunday to Sunday, on request different stays (excluding 02/08-30/08).

Rates include: VAT, Final cleaning , TV, electricity, water and bed linen with weekly change. Infant 0/2 yrs free in bed with parents.
To be paid on the spot: Compulsory club card from 14/06 to 06/09 € 20,00 chd 5/9 yrs (€ 35,00 per 2 week stays , € 45,00 for 3week stays ); € 35,00 from 10 to 70 yrs per pax ( € 60,00 2week stays, € 80,00 3 week stays) includes: entrance to the beach and swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas upon availability, shuttle bus to the beach at scheduled times, animation activities with competitions, shows, dancing, disco, outdoor aqua gym, mini club.
