Placed in the “Bay of Manaccora” to 6 Kms from Peschici, the hotel Residence Julia rises along a vast Mediterranean pine forest; it is composed from a complex of housing unity displaced in panoramic position, going toward to the sea, which is accessed through a pleasant commercial and sporting center.

One Room Apartment C for 4 People: composed by stay with a double day bed and bunk bed, angle cooking, bath with shower, balcony (ca. 35 mq.).

Two Room Apartment D for 4 People: composed by disengage entry, matrimonial room, stay with one day bed, angle cooking, bath with shower, balcony (ca. 40 mq.).

Three Room Apartment E for 6 People: composed by disengage entry, matrimonial bedroom, room with bunk bed, stay with angle cooking and a double day bed, bath with shower and balcony (ca. 45 mq.).

Hotel Room: furnished in simple and functional way with private services.

They have air conditioned, telephone, TV-color and refrigerator.

Some apartments of the typologies of which above have been completely restructured. They are furnished in very comforting way and endowed with TV-color. For these apartments there’s expected a supplement called “INN”. For the apartments renovated in the first row supplement is “TOP”.
